Solicitors came to IMX looking for a new corporate looking website
allowing people to find information quickly and easily, without
being intimidated with an overcrowded page.
Paul Watson
also wanted a more human element to be built into the site with
each member of staff being able to be contacted at the click
of a button.
IMX not
only implemented this feature but furthermore added an IVR (internet
voice relay) system to the website. This allows a person surfing
the internet to click the call back button and request a callback
from Paul Watson Solicitors. A switchboard then calls the Paul
Watson office and confirms the callback (this can be immediate
if requested). The call can then be connected at the touch of
a button.
